We reserve the right to modify the services offered, notifying customers whenever necessary.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
The client undertakes to provide truthful information and to maintain the security of the credentials used to access the services.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments must be made within the period indicated on the payment notice or invoice;
- Payments are processed via Skrill, Paypal or other means indicated;
- No refunds are made, unless there is a legal obligation or a proven technical error.
5. Obligations and Responsibilities
- The user undertakes not to use the services for illegal activities;
- We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service, although measures are taken to minimize interruptions;
- The user is responsible for the content stored on their hosting.
6. Suspension and Cancellation
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse of resources or illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions or indirect damages arising from the use of the services.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms by notifying customers via the website or email.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of the District of Aveiro are competent to resolve any dispute.
